Times and conditions
Minimum reservation period: 7 nights. Prices are per night, incl. additional costs such as electricity, water and camping fees. Plus the local health resort tax. The holiday flats may be occupied by a maximum of the number of persons stated in the price list. Pets are allowed in flat 3 by arrangement. A charge of EUR 3.50 to EUR 5.50 per pet per night will be made.
A firm booking is only made when you receive a written confirmation from us and you confirm this with a deposit of EUR 200.00 within two weeks. The reservation is then valid. The deposit will of course be deducted from the final invoice. If you wish to cancel the booking or reservation, please let us know.
Partial cancellations are unfortunately not possible. The remaining amount should be transferred no later than 28 days before the start of vacation.
If the reservation is canceled, the deposit paid will be forfeited. If you cancel your stay within 28 days before the start of your holiday, no refund will be possible and the entire travel price will be forfeited. No refund is possible in the event of early departure. We recommend you to get travel cancellation insurance.
Processing fee
We charge a one-time processing fee of EUR 50.00 for our holiday flats.

Towels and bed linen are to be brought by the tenant for hygienic reasons.

The registration desk is staffed in the high season from 9.00 - 12.30 and from 15.00 - 18.00.
In the low season we are open daily from 9.00 - 12.00 and from 15.00 - 17.00.
In the winter half-year you can reach us by telephone on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9.30 - 12.00.
Holiday flats: Arrival from 3.00 pm, departure until 10.00 am. Please note our quiet times on arrival.
If you arrive later than 6.00 p.m., please let us know in advance. We will gladly reserve your holiday flat until 11.00 a.m. one day after the start of your journey. After this time, we may assign the apartment to someone else.
For operational reasons, we reserve the right to change reservations.
Quiet hours are from 13.00 - 15.00 and 22.00 - 7.00. Arrival/departure is not possible during this time. It is not possible to leave the premises by car during this period. If necessary, please park your vehicle in the car park in front of the barrier.
Since the 2020 season, we have been using a number plate recognition system for entry and exit. You can gain access to the campsite by leaving your number plate when you arrive. The rest periods remain valid. The data will only be used internally for entry and exit control and will not be passed on to third parties.
Only one dog is allowed in holiday flat 1, 2, 3 by arrangement. Please do not hesitate to ask us.
The island-wide spa tax (Ostseecard) is paid on arrival and passed on in full to the town of Fehmarn.
Payment from the age of 18. For reimbursement, please contact the Fehmarn Tourist Service.
