Packages are only valid in low season and have to be paid on arrival, unfortunately no refund possible in case of early departure.

Times and conditions
Minimum reservation period: Occupancy only possible by the week. Prices are per night, incl. additional costs such as electricity, a 5kg bottle of gas, water and camping fees. Plus the local spa tax. The rented caravans may be occupied by a maximum of the number of persons stated in the price list. Pets are allowed in selected caravans by arrangement. There is a charge of EUR 3.50 to EUR 5.50 per pet per night. If you charge your electric or hybrid car at the pitch, this must be registered and charged separately per kWh.
A firm booking is only made when you receive a confirmation email and/or written confirmation from us and you confirm this with a deposit of EUR 200.00 within two weeks. The reservation is then valid. The deposit will of course be credited to you in the final invoice. If you wish to cancel the booking or reservation, please let us know. Partial cancellations are unfortunately not possible. The remaining amount should be transferred no later than 28 days before the start of your vacation.
If the reservation is canceled, the deposit paid will be forfeited. If you cancel your stay within 28 days before the start of your holiday, no refund will be possible and the entire travel price will be forfeited. No refund is possible in the event of early departure. We recommend you to get travel cancellation insurance.
Any use of the packages must be decided and paid for on arrival. Retroactive discounts are not possible. Combination of offers and double discounts are not possible.
Final cleaning
The tenant has to pay a deposit of EUR 50,00 for the final cleaning. The final cleaning has to be done by the tenant himself. If the caravan is handed over in perfect condition, the deposit will of course be refunded.
Please bring along:
Towels, bed linen and duvets, pillows are to be brought by the tenant for hygienic reasons.
01 April to 13 October
The registration desk is staffed in the high season from 9.00 - 12.30 and from 15.00 - 18.00.
In the low season we are open daily from 9.00 - 12.00 and from 15.00 - 17.00.
In the winter half-year you can reach us by telephone on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9.30 - 12.00.
Rental caravans: Arrival from 15.00 hrs, departure by 10.00 hrs.
Please note our quiet times on arrival.
If you arrive later than 6.00 p.m., please let us know in advance. We will gladly reserve your rented caravan until 11.00 a.m. one day after the start of your journey. After this time, we may assign it to someone else.
For operational reasons, we reserve the right to rebook spaces.
Quiet hours are from 13.00 - 15.00 and 22.00 - 7.00. Arrival/departure is not possible during this time. It is not possible to leave the premises by car during this period. If necessary, please park your vehicle in the car park in front of the barrier.
Since the 2020 season, we have been using a number plate recognition system for entry and exit. You can gain access to the campsite by leaving your number plate when you arrive. The rest periods remain valid. The data will only be used internally for entry and exit control and will not be passed on to third parties.
Dogs are allowed in selected caravans for hire. Please do not hesitate to ask us.
The island-wide spa tax (Ostseecard) is paid on arrival and passed on in full to the town of Fehmarn.
Payment from the age of 18. For reimbursement, please contact the Fehmarn Tourist Service.
