The registration desk is staffed in the high season from 9.00 - 12.30 and from 15.00 - 18.00.
In the low season we are open daily from 9.00 - 12.00 and from 15.00 - 17.00.
In the winter half-year you can reach us by telephone on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9.30 - 12.00.

Pitches: Arrival from 3 pm or by telephone arrangement, departure by 11 am.
Please note our quiet times on arrival.

If you arrive later than 6.00 p.m., please let us know in advance. We will gladly reserve your pitch until 11.00 a.m. one day after the start of your holiday. After this time, we may assign it to someone else.

For operational reasons, we reserve the right to rebook pitches.

Quiet hours are from 13.00 - 15.00 and 22.00 - 7.00. Arrival/departure is not possible during this time. It is not possible to leave the premises by car during this period. If necessary, please park your vehicle in the car park in front of the barrier.
Since the 2020 season, we have been using a number plate recognition system for entry and exit. You can gain access to the campsite by leaving your number plate when you arrive. The rest periods remain valid. The data will only be used internally for entry and exit control and will not be passed on to third parties.

Dogs are allowed but must be kept on a leash.

The island-wide spa tax (Ostseecard) is paid on arrival and passed on in full to the town of Fehmarn.
Payment from the age of 18. For reimbursement, please contact the Fehmarn Tourist Service.
15.05. - 14.09. = EUR 2,30/person per day
Rest of the time = EUR 1,50/person per day
